smidey
i think your tank will be plenty big enough for the stocking including the dems but as the dems only grow to around 5cm then I think they may become a tasty morsel for the haps when they are big enough. I have seen a pic of a full grown large e yellow bitten clean in half by a front so that gives you an idea of what they are capable of. In saying this you have plenty of time between now & when the haps are huge so you may simply have to remove them from the tank in a year or so time. ryanjury
nice effort. I'm not sure how the dems will be when the haps & fronts get big. the dems don't get very big fully grown & I amagine an adult front or giraffe will swallow one no problem. I thought the same but kept dems with my adult giraffes with no losses, Eddie also keeps small fish - pulchers jullies and the like with his fronts and none have been eaten. It does sound a bit hit and miss with adult fronts, either way you do have 3-4 years to think about it so plenty of time
mickey_1975
hey where did you get the backing from, would love that sort of thing for my tank.
bigfishhead
The background is just normal 3D background poster...you can get it from any petshop. The rocks in the back of the tank I got them from stone and water world. BTW, I really should get 20 of the dems....now I only got 11......I might need to move some males to the big tank when I can sex them....I will try to keep 1/4,5 ratio....
