SamH Posted July 27, 2010 Report Share Posted July 27, 2010 Long time no thread. But I am having an issue I cannot seem to solve on my own. I'm trying to spawn my PK Bettas but I noticed a few hours after I put the first pair in the spawning tank, the male had clamped fins. The female seemed fine. So I removed them both and cleaned out the tank, the male went back to normal. Now I have put a different male and female in the same tank with the same tank water they were in before and they have both clamped up. He is still flaring at her sometimes though. All fish go back to normal when returned to their own tanks. Could it be an issue with the aquarium? I have used this tank with the male from the first attempt before without any issues.
