fadeless
Im finding it hard to get a good PH level, i use the little sticks to test it and the lowest it has on them is 6.8 and that is what my tank is but it maybe less than that. None of my fish are dying but Im wanting to breed siamese fighters but I read they need a PH of over 7, is that true?
SamH
None of my fish are dying but Im wanting to breed siamese fighters but I read they need a PH of over 7, is that true? They prefer a pH under 7. Around 6.0-6.5 is good. Use Indian Almond leaves to condition them, try not to mess with the pH too much. Mine breed fine in tap water around here, usually 7.5-8.0.
