Floater Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 However, if you keep filter wool in there, it will tend to clog up frequently so you may want to replace that more often and just leave the rest of it as it is. Or if don't want to spend anything you can try rinsing the filter wool once a month, and by rinse I mean thoroughly. It takes awhile it get it "clean" but that way you can reuse it .
