Mel
I feed my babies - mircoworms, decap brine shrimp, really fine crushed flake, aglae tablets (they nibble at it)
ryanjury
They will eat anything that will fit in their mouths so just crush up anything you feed the adults really. A good alternative to hatching brineshrimp is using decap it is the same thing but you don't need to go through the hassle of hatching it etc.
smidey
I dont even crush up anyfing for mine, they nibble the food that Mum & Dad dont eat anyways. But any sort of Sinking Pellet will do also. thats how i feed them, they break it down. When they get a little larger they can "choke" on the sinking pellets. i had a few fry get a pellet in & then it swelled & they could breathe & died. smidey
I was meaning Pellets like Trout Pellets, not big expanding ones. (I never feed those, they nasty!) do you keep trout? i feed Novo Rift Sinking sticks which are great for africans, 3 years & not a single bloat case. 8) they must be good, this includes tropheus.
