I seriously doubt you'll have ammonia problems in that short amount of time with only the few fish you have. Don't forget there are bacteria throughout your tank not just in the filter. Morcs Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Yep cut down your feeding. Do a WC every 2 days. Get an airpump running on it or something just to maintain adequate oxygen levels. Take all filter media out, clean off in a bucket of tank water, then place back in the tank - just floating or sitting on the bottom.
