Just go for a mix of colours of mbunas & see how it goes. The odd robust lake Tang.... Best advice is look around whats for sale or what you like the look of. ryanjury Posted October 18, 2009 Report Share Posted October 18, 2009 All of those fish are zebras of some sort, orange/pink ones are probably red zebras the others who really knows but they look cool You can add all sorts of african cichlids to the mix with these guys but I would steer towards more mbuna (zebras, demasoni, yellows, melanachromis etc) and maybe haps or if you can find them big male peacocks so they can actually stand upto the zebras aggression.. trace&steve Posted October 19, 2009 Report Share Posted October 19, 2009 hiya i have lots of kinds of africans in a 600litre we have electric yellows electric blue fryier dolphins loinheads auratus red empress kenyi livinstonii peacocks (gold) afras and acouple of malawi hybrids they all get on just fine although they are all males so theres no cross breeding or fighting!!! :bounce: :bounce: ive just finished my 700litre tank for my 3 nimbochromis venustus giraffe haps :lol: they are pretty cichlids but grow very big :bounce: :bounce: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
