Aaron Posted October 27, 2004 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 he guys long time no post well the cichlid tank has been up and running for nearly 3 months now and @ the mo there are only 3 fishies in it ...... anyway to the point i came home tonight and fed the fish and had a good look around and saw fry swimming round and thought how could that be? both the severiums are female i have witnessed them both lay eggs so im wondering if fish cross breed the other tank mate is a convic also i have noticed that they have paired up lately and hang out together, on top of that i made the mistake of putting my hand in the tank an they both went straight for it ? looking @ the fry they have the little bumps on their heads whitch is why im pointig the finger at my horny little convic or am i just tripping, she is definatly guarding them though!
