its white and fluffy!!!!! he was eating last night but wouldnt touch anything tonight the cut has only happened today ill try get a pic can i email it to you to load up as i dont know how to do it

A photo might help more with this one.. Not eating is of concern, is it white and fluffy or more red? If the fish isn't eating I would guess maybe it has some sort of bacterial type infection and might need treating with anti-biotics..

morning!!!

well i had to get up twice through the night to check on him

the white fleshy stuff has fallen off now hes eating again :D :bounce: :bounce:

i was wondering if our rather large chinese algae eater could have done this i seen them having abit of a blue earlier in the day because the algae eater was in my ghosts home!!!!!!

ive heard that they can suck quite hard to hurt fish!!! the algae eaters about 13cm long!!! ugly looking thing its my partners so anyway i have decide not to put my ghost back in with the cichlids :)

Yep email it to me, if it is white and fluffy just remove the fish and drop meth blue directly onto the wound it should clear up.
