lorrainel
Sounds like an odd question, but I've got four discus in my tank at the moment, and its been chaos lately as two of them have paired up (methinks) and started shimmying and chasing the other two around the tank. Seems like i have a great situation, except I'm almost 100% sure all four of my discus are female How do i stop them from showing breeding behaviour, or is the only way to split the two? Luke*
they usually pair for life so you'd need to split them up i'd say. also check for wrigglers.. if the eggs last a few days see if any hatch.. could be male/female. with discus it's very hard to tell what sex they are.
