Whats the best way to breed fighters

I breed mine at 27 degress but thats what all my tanks are set at. I've bred mine in a 20ltr but then moved the babies to bigger tanks. I fatten them up for atleast 10 days but I ussually condition them for a few weeks as I don't have much tank space so want to have a big spawn when I do breed them instead of lots of little spawn in different tanks. What else do you want to know? I gather you know how to introduce the female and all that.

Oh my bad. It's not that hard heres a site that really helped me when I started.

Don't worry if they don't get fry from the first spawn as it can take a few spawns (it took my pair 6 times :lol: )

Also most people say that half a polystyron cup is best but I found that a lid was the best thing as the bubbles don't pop.

So your breeding setup should be

- A bare bottom tank of about 20ltr (thats what I'd use)

- A sponge filter bubbling slowly

- A clear container that the female can stay in for about 24 hours (may be longer than this)

- A lid, cup or plants (I'd use the cup or lid)that he can make a bubble nest under

- Maybe somewhere where the female can hide (I don';t as she hides behind the sponge filter)
