SilverBlade86
Some are really really expensive. If not I'll just go ahead and use yeast and sugar. :-?
Zev
What do you mean by 'canisters'? You can get Co2 bottles that you hire from the likes of BOC Gases. If you buy your own outright from another source, make sure it is certified otherwise you will not be able to get it filled. You need to get it filled with food grade Co2 as well. Navarre
You can buy the bigger cyclinders or I have seen some people set their systems up on sodastream bottles. This works well as they are cheep last a long time and swap out when you get refills so you dont need to recert teh bottle. In saying that I have a large 2nd hand cyclinder that I have had for years and it just keeps on going...I guess because you only use a litle at a time. Pete the fish
Try a fire extinguisher supplier they can some times fix you up with an old CO2 cylinder and fill it for you or some one in the beer trade. Hope this helps Pete.
MMinehan
Cylinder testing service based in Grey Lynn (AKL) sell modified fire extinguishers. Come tested with valve and fitting. I got mine for about $200. And cheap to fill (~$15). You will have to look up yellow pages or white pages to find them. Can't quite remember the company's name. The guy is a good bloke.
