repto
seen that happen more than once, not to mention the mind games they play with each other with dominance, can be totally unnoticable, till one day you realise one is twice the size of the other.Have even heard of one that dissapeared from its tank, the other was sold and the tank broken down for transport.....whats this skinny little dried up looking thing?oh,just the other beardy that has not been seen for 3 mths hiding away not eating or drinking hanging onto his miserable life by a thread. He was nursed back to health and survived but only just.I now advise one on its own where possible. David R
David R, what happened? Did the one you have left kill other two? Not quite. They were fine one day, then gf came home from work to find one with another ones foot in its mouth! After that we separated them and never looked back. The middle three toes of the front right foot were stuck together and kinda dead looking, and after a few visits to Lynfield vets (can't remember the guys name unfortunately) we decided to operate to remove the three fingers. Once the vet had scraped off the dead skin he discovered there was still circulation so he didn't amputate, and just cleaned them up and separated them. A few warm salty baths later they were almost completely better, and he only ended up losing the tip of one of the fingers. That guy at Lynfield vets is great, I'd definitely recommend him to anyone with lizards.
