lduncan
Almost had to phone a friend on # 2. Don't agree with the answer to $32k question. And the $1M question is just wrong. Kalkreactors run at a high pH (>11), Calcium Reactors run at a low pH (<7). There is a BIG diference, and they got it wrong. Layton
chimera
i agree with the million dollar question too, couldnt quite understand their answer on that one!
Pies
Layton - Kalk is german for calcium, so Kalk Reactor means Calcium Reactor, Kalkwasser is Calcium Water. So what they are saying is correct. My CA Reactor is a Korallin kalkreactor acording to the sticker on the front. HOWEVER at the end of the million dollar question when you answer it, is says "Correct zooanthids and xenia and sacrophyton are soft corals". Which has nothing at all to do with Calcium, or PH or anything. Odd. I got the $32k question right, its seemed the most right to me, but not sure if the answer is correct. I am not a millionare, I got question 1 wrong for a start...
lduncan
Yeah i see now. But I always think of a kalk reactor as a kalkwasser reactor, and a calcium reactor as a calcium reactor.
