Dixon1990
I am moving a 36"x18"x18" tank upstairs once some fish we sold are picked up from here. Once it has been moved there will only be a breeding pair of angels, a 15cm pleco and a 6cm BN. I am planning on keeping a pair of 5cm swordtails, some black widows and some head and tail light tetras in with them while upstairs. The tank has a 1000lph internal filter. WOuld these fish go with the angels and plecos? The angels have been kept with small fish including neons in the past month or 2.
Ianab
The plecos wont be a problem with the smaller fish, they will pretty much ignore them. The Angels could be a problem as they get bigger though. Cheers Ian
Dixon1990
the angels bodys are around 7cm round. And this arrangement wont be permanent.
me love fishy
If your angels are small it should be okay, anyway you can always try it and if it doesn't work out move things around.

Ianab
would the angels be abel to eat the swordtales i dont think they would b able to The swordtails will probably be fine, but the small tetras and big angels dont play as good friends. Dixon1990
the black widows are all 2.5cm-5cm and head and tails are 3cm
SpidersWeb
Wont be a problem during the day, but I've found some of the smaller tetras can get picked off at early morning. Cichlids seem to wake up earlier.

Dixon1990
Well, The tank has been moved upstairs, planted it with mouses ear, javamoss and hygro(sp?). And have the Pair of angels, 4 black widows, 1 pleco and a female BN. Still to go in is 5 black widows,2 volcano rasboras,3 clown loaches and a male BN. I might put the head and tail light in too as they are quite big.
