Dixon1990
Would 4 1cm BN survive in a tank with heaps of small angels some small cories and a couple BN. Because i would really like to get rid of the net breeder floating in my tank with the BN.
evilknieval69
As long as they cant fit in any of the other fishes mouths, then they should be sweet
ryanjury
Id watch the angels they can be nasty critters But yeah I keep baby bristles with 10cm peacocks and they dont seem to get them so should be alright
michael.qian
It can't fit in any other fish's mouths but it might still be harrassed and it will be pretty helpless at 1cm size. I'll say mainly watch the angels but otherwise they should be fine.
John Rimbauer
Young BN can be a little touchy with water changes though. I had 12 given to me in a bucket overnight. The largest would have been 2cm, the smallest about 1cm. The little devils survived a winter night in a bucket in a garage, a couple of car rides, and then a day at work before they hit my tank. While I was away, the tank had a whitespot outbreak that killed 6 lemon tetras. After half dosing medicines etc, 3 days later I did a 30% water change that killed them overnight. What really sucked is that I used RODI water, and the two big BN (approx 5cm) survived fine.

davidb
Angels are overated Na seriously though- Many people get Angels when they are starting coz they look cool, then find out later down the track that they will eat their little Neons etc... Guest Anonymous
thats why if you add caves for the bristlenose and feed them just before the lights go out or as the lights are turned off, they have places to hide

gills
I had Angels and neons among other tetras and a breeding pair of BNs in the same tank and never had a problem. The baby BNs just hid in the large java fern 'tll they got big enough.
