jayci
Hello, I am not sure if it is a silly question to ask, but. The nitrates in my heavly planted tank are less than 5ppm. I was wondering if nitrate levels wood be better at around 10ppm for the plants? And if so, what would be an economical way of do this. I am using these fert balls from the LFS at the moment, but my understanding is that some plants absorb there nutrients from the water. One day I would like to try the daltons aquatix mix and sand for the tank. I have seen a lot of discussion on here about and it seems to be a really cool idea.
