how to fit fluval flexi hoses onto a via aqaua 750?

hi all i have a via aqua 750 canister and dont like the rigid type eheim ect hose i want to run the fluval flexis but the via aqau has 2 sized hoses i beleive its not here lol any clues on how to fix the prob can i buy the new tap conector kit and fit it with the larger of the 2 so its got 2 large conectors anyone done it before ran fluval 404 flexi hoses on one?any help will save a large headache cheers Geremy

Have you tried it out yet? Fluval make different dimension flexi hoses and can be ordered in by your LFS. From what I remember, they connect the same... just get the internal diameter of the hoses. So they really have two different sized hoses, or is that just the way you got it from me? Are the connectors different sizes?

sorted have no fear im here lol sorted problem buy another pack of the via aqua/aqaua 1 taps run the new large tap to make 2 large wich fit fluval hoses wham bam thank you mam lol got the filter here now and the two sizes do interchange so yeah good to go tip for new players lol fluval pipes in my opinion just look tidier with the clip on elbows ect ok thans blue kim for the help to all you other watches well nah thanks all cheers Geremy

HI All,

As a "Supa User" of VIA AQUA products in general and 650 Pro and 750 Pro cannister filters in particular I can assure you that both hoses are the same size. :wink:

If they are different, then somebody, at some time, has done a bit of JIGGERY POKERY with "Aqua One" Fittings. :oops:
