Alan
I'd suggest to you to take in a sample of the aforesaid worms with you to Hamilton and show it to Brian (Goldfishbowl) or make arrangements to link up with a Waikato Club member. One preferably with a camera so as we can see the REAL thing. Better still, join the local club. What fish do you have in the tank??

herefishiefishie
I think roundworms in the Aquaria are just Camallanus, these are not white at all. Basically worms are classed as a nematode. Therefore any decent paracide available form the local lfs will do the trick. Follow instuctions on bottle. If you believe these worms are harming the fish, then thats what I would do. Probably half dose as you have scaleless fish. Diagnosing worm species can be hard, killing them all stem back to a few medicines. If the worms are planaria, then watch your feeding, I reckon it is too much. Frenchy
