evilknieval69
Yea when i buy terracotta pots for my tank(s) i just give them a quick rinse under some water, maybe give them a rub with my hand or a brush if im feeling extra picky, otherwise just chuck them in. they will fiz for a little while when you first put them in as the air needs to get out of them.... HummingBird
I've used them fine for breeding cichlids before - they love them. I've just bought one of these - it hasn't arrived yet but I'm hopeful that my bristlenose will respond well to it.
herefishiefishie
They should work well for you Eric. As for the question at start of topic, as above answers. Frenchy
Johannes Visser
A rinse in hot water, you never know what poisons could have been sprayed on the plants and drifted onto the pots. As they are normally near the plants !!
