Johannes Visser
I found some bristlenose eggs under one of the rock when I move some of my cichlids to other tanks, Will I be able to move the rock with the eggs on it and the male bristlenose with out causing any trouble, as I know they will be food when hatched. :-?
MarkLB
I've had the same situation. I left the male in the tank and moved the eggs into another tank on their own. Plenty of airation and they hatched and grew up fine.
Faran
Wrote an article on this a while back - http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/artifi ... 13000.html Your eggs can be raised the exact same way. Cheers!
Johannes Visser
Thanks for the help, I move them into a tank with lots of air, This morning when I check it out I found a few that has hatched. :bounce: I had no intention to breed them as they where in my African cichlid tank with a high PH. Just found it by luck. When will they breed again?? Thanks JV
