fishtv
Ok so this is what my poor wild molly looks like now... Ok I'll take that into account thanks. Ill try to track down metro? No one seems keen to help though?
SpidersWeb
You need to make an appointment with your vet, and bring evidence such as photos/fish etc I just rang our local, took a video in, explained what was wrong, and he wrote out a script. Remember to say 'Trichozole' not Metro. If your vet wont help, find another.
fishtv
ok I will do. I'm down to 5 fish a golden algae eater and 4 bristlenoses thanks again for your help. Once I've treated the tank would it be wise to give the tank a really good clean out? clean all the substrate and rocks etc?
SpidersWeb
Na, then you'll just need to cycle again, meds should do the trick. Once you've got it sorted, I've got some young kribensis and pearl danios I can flick your way if you want them.

fishtv
You have all been really great! Thanks so much! I'd be in a giant hole without you! I would love some kribs in my tank! Ive always wanted them but haven't found any that really caught my eye! Thanks so much for that! The fish that are left seem fine, they are swimming around as usual and eating heaps, must be feeling better. I'm going to remove the plants and do a really good gravel vac (could an undetected dead fish be causing the other fish to get sick?) Is that a good idea or bad? herefishiefishie
What will giving the tank a big clean out do Wilson? Gravel vac is always good, removes dirt, debris any parasite eggs... just leave the syphon out in the sun to dry for a couple of days. If you are using medicines, use for full course of treatment too. Frenchy
