Ninja turtle
I have an undergravel filter for both the turtle & goldfish tanks. I would like to add a internal or external filter to the undergravel filter, but not sure which one. Can anyone please advice me what to do. Thanks
TimTam22
Go external, canister filters are great. I have 10 striped (2parents)(sold more than 40 young) and 4 white convicts in with my year old turtles in a 4 ft tank holding about 200ltrs with a jebo 819 and its doing a brilliant job, I have used smaller filters but i am now really glad i just spent the extra money and got a decent filter. My con's have been in with my turtles for quite awhile so they think they are the boss, they even take food out of the turtles mouths so i wouldn't be surprised if one day the turtles click they are live food. but hopefully i can intervien (sp?) before that happens!!
