Rob
Another live food you may want to consider for larger fish is mealworms. Can be cultured easily in icecream containers. Medium is just bran flakes with them getting fed slices of apple. So far I haven't had any problems and they seem to be reasonably prolific (if I remember to feed them regularly) - I've got multiple icecream containers so that if something does go wrong with a culture I still have reserves. Oscar Sheila
looking for larger quantities of whiteworm for large fish. Are they the same as Nematodes?
Alan
There is a whiteworm breeder in Rotorua that sells them by the icecreme container for $25. There are absolutely heaps in it for that price. I know. I had them in my caravan, it got too warm and they took off, all over the van. Interfecus
White worms aren't nematodes. There are two main types of worms, annelids and nematodes. Nematodes are non-segmented worms whereas annelids are divided into segments. White worms are annelids.
