    Lighting

Just looking for some advice on lighting for my aquerium. Thinking of doing led strip's however the lid gets pretty wet due to heat so wondering if leds will be alright being low voltage I know it's safe but wondering if there are any other options
  2. Hi, Has anybody used Blue Planet LED Track Lighting with planted tanks. This are the ones you can customised and add additional LED pods. I just wanted to know your experience with it. I have crypts, java ferns, an amazon sword, and floating indian ferns with CO2. Regards.
  3. I have 6 brand new T5 high output flourescent tubes for sale. Originally for spares for my marine setup but as I'm not going to get that running again for a good while I thought someone else might want a bargain! Suit freshwater planted tanks as well. Details as follows: 2x Sylvania Aquastar 1150mm, 54W (10,000 Kelvin) 1x Radium Bonalux/supersky lux (4500lm? is what the label says) 1150mm, 54w 3x Osram FQ54W HO Blue (like a marine blue) 1150mm, 54w They are all brand new and unused. $40 each or take the lot for $200 ONO. Can ship at buyers expense/risk (they're already nicely packaged w bubble wrap in a box so shouldn't be too risky, not so sure it won't be expensive though lol) Pickup in Murrays Bay, North Shore
