I didn't know that about Danios. They have lived together for about 6 months though without a problem and there was only 1 danio left when the fighters tail was eaten. Would one danio eat all of the siamese fighters tail in one night?

Hi everyone, I have a 150L tank, which used to contain the following fish: 3 Neon tetras 2 Clown loaches 3 Zebra Danios 1 Chinese algae eater 1 red-tailed shark 1 Siamese fighter The fish have all been in the tank together for about 6 months. The problem I have is that 3 of the fish in the last 2 weeks have ‘disappeared’ (2 danios and 1 neon tetra) and just this morning I looked in the tank and the poor Siamese fighter has had all of its tail eaten off! (I have now put the Siamese fighter in isolation until its tail grows back). I suspect it may be the red tailed shark as I have heard these fish can be aggressive. Any thoughts please?
