Ammonia levels are around .5, but I've been told that medication could affect that. Nitrate and Nitrite are 0.

Hey I just joined up and my goldfish has these white spots and a lesion on his gill. The ph is fine and the ammonia and nitrates are at an ok level. I have used melafix and the lesions just got worse so I got tonic and im just waiting to see how things go. Does anyone know if I should add anything else or how quickly things might heal up?
