Just a few questions on the red jewel cichlid. Can you keep three females together in a 160 litre tank and what is the species we have in new Zealand. Do they swim at all levels in the tank. Also if you only have females can you then have other fish in with them and what sort? Thanks for any replies. Just figuring out what fish I want for my tank.

Thanks for your reply so quickly. I have heard that anglefish need minimum 40cms water level so this is good to know.

Hi there I am looking at buying a juwel rio 180 aquarium but the water height I can get to in this is 38.5cms, this is the actual water height as the aquarium is higher so my question is will this water level be high enough for adult anglefish? Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks.
