hi there we are long time fish keepers ,have had up to ten tanks running at various times, at the moment we only one tank running populated by our long term inmates. center piece of this tank is a golden batik eel . he is 12 to 14" long and has heaps of character we purchased him somewhere around 2003 at that stage he was already around 2 to 3 years old , my question is what sort of life span do they have? cheers
