In Auckland are you allowed to keep Blue tounged skinks and Water dragons? I know they used to be common but now i haven't seen any for sale lately are they now declared pests? Also do you need a permit for Rainbow skinks? People say they are now classified as pests?

One nz Reptile page i was reading said you should keep Nz native plants with Nz native lizards. Try flax and other Kiwi plants.

In order to get a lizard permit does your custom made enclosure have to be placed outside? Also could you please show me some of your Nz lizard enclosure pictures? Thanks!
