  1. Alan, I noticed that their tails were a little different, but they both look really bright, so I'm assuming they're both males, unless they're just exceptionally healthy?? ~w~
  2. Thanks for the help Alan, much appreciated. I will check the tails today. Would there be a difference in colour between the sexes as well? ~w~
  3. How can which sex is which? I've never had them before. ~w~
  4. Just wondered if anybody knows whether Congo Tetras are schoaling fish like all of the smaller breeds of Tetras? I thought I'd be alright with just two (they're quite big, and a bit pricey, hence why I only have two), and they're really beautiful fish, but I very rarely see them out in my tank. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks ~w~

  6. Well, I must say, that really is a bit of a surprise caryl - it was sold to me as plain old Cabomba carolinia you see...but it certainly sounds exactly like that description from the link you posted... Thanks alot! ~w~

    Hey everyone

Just thought I'd say hello - I just joined up with this forum today and have been keeping Tropical freshwater fish for about two years. ~w~
  8. Just a quick query regarding cabomba (not sure if its Carolinia or Australis sorry), but I've noticed that all of the new growth thats coming through on them is red...anyone know what causes that please? ~w~
