For a digital camera or a film camera?
Wont be that great on a digital camera.
what makes you say that? All the canon EF lenses go on film and digital, are you saying they aren't great either?
I can't memeber what camera you have tiny, but i'm guessing the image sensor is 22mm, on a film camera its 35mm, so 100mm of zoom on your camera is the same as (or at least close to) 116mm (actually 160mm as below) of zoom with the same lens on a film camera.
Tiny look at a Canon 500D close up lens (and thats not 500D as in the camera body, confusing I know) Its an extension tube used best of larger zoom lens, but they work rather well or so I have heard, they are a truck (<
and as above those 50mm f1/.8 lens are great I use mine heaps!

they have to sit you down with your relative if you choose, then tell you they are up the creek without a paddle, then your meant to go away and think of some miracle that will save the company, and then they lay you off once you've thought about it or something like that.
also they have to make your position redundant (not you), and they can't make you redundant based on performance, If they lay you off and you ask why, and they says its cause your a lemon, then thats some ammo you can use against them later if you so wish.
they dont ask you to bring a friend to give you a raise, expect the worst that way you wont be disappointed
holiday pay + 2 (or more)weeks pay = bring on summer :lol:

I got laid off in May it was like best few months of my life
just went to the snow :bounce: being laid off in Summer can't be to bad either....Wear sunscreen. Wouldn't your position in HR, make you the person doing the laying off? they can't just rock up and lay you off either.

Woke up at 5am and went to Takapuna Boat Ramp on sat morning, climbed across the rock in the dark, got a bit wet, and got this photo about 30min before sunrise.

well for like the last 4 Months one of my Discus has regularly laying eggs, and after a few days they start going white then after a week they get eaten.
Well she's at it again now :roll:
So I thru my flash on top of the tank, flashing up into the light fitting, and they came out...average az haha :oops:
She has "buy me" written all over her
Or maybe I could pimp her out, at an hourly rate, any male discus keen?

I have a nokia n95, and its pretty bad ass, nice camera, does good video, Install google maps (its better than the one that comes on the ph) its gives you directions while driving using the GPS, slide it the opposite way and it has a media player, expanable memory. and believe it or not you can even make phone calls with it.

Nice job... neutral density filter will allow to do long exposers on the waterfalls
Wish I got cool photos today, went to shoot my mate doing BMX jumps, he ended up dislocating his elbow and breaking his arm :lol: so just got photos of St Johns giving him drugs :roll: Sunny days are the worst days to take photos anyways.
