Have you ever tried it ??. I have tried ordering stuff not all fish stuff at least 5 times in last 2 years you never hear back you ring up they don't know somebody will ring you but they never do. A real shame really as i like the stores they just don't seem to have a system set up for customer orders

Hi Guys does anybody know a decent pet shop where I can order some Eheim parts. WGTN seems to only have animates and while a good shop you are wasting your time trying to order something they don't have. I need some replacement rubber seals and they only interested in selling me another filter. anybody who can offer me some help in where to contact would be most welcome. I have no problems in ordering parts and paying courier fees etc so doesn't really matter where the supplier is.
