Hi all,
I hope you have had a great month.
We will be having our club meeting, this coming Wednesday the 5th
of September.
We will be having a show table and a general catch up. For those of you that don't know what a show table is, it is where people bring along a fine fish specimen, which will be judged. We have limited tank space so just bare that in mind, if you have a small plastic tank you are welcome to bring it.
Meeting;
Wednesday 5th September, 7pm
Waikato Commerce Club.
197 Collingwood Street
Down a long driveway.
Regards Jonathan

Very nice fish.
I would cross it with your purple female that you have. And a blue if you could get one. Purple colors are difficult to maintain due to it being a combination of red and blue.

-
Let me know who that goes for you guys? Unless your shipping from Hamz?
Hi ,
Im not sure what you mean by that question? I am currently living in AU and this quote was referring to the sale of my MG HMPK offspring, which were sold off before I moved to AU.
Thanks
-
Nice fish! Top right second photo almost looks like a lavender HMPK.
-
Very nice! What tail type were the parents?
-

Awesome Jono where did you find the Red Ct have how is the betta colony in oz is their more of a variety than good old nz
Got most of my stock from Brisbane (including the CT). http://www.fishchick.com/
The few shops I have been to have simliar stock to NZ; VT & CT. Most don't stock HM although they will order them in for you. The main differance is the ability to import fighters, mainly from Thailand. This gives the opportunity to buy most of the Siamese fighters for sale on Aquabid.com .
These are still quite small but they are very stroppy and god help me if two males get in together. They show what the word fighters really means. Then you will get HTPK (half tail plakat)

Thanks Adrienne,
good to see that they produced good offspring. :bounce: Did you get any like the father (1st pic)?
Thanks Dave, your HM are looking awesome.
Thanks Sam, would say she has thick scales but not a dragon. I good be wrong though.
