thanx sharn im not that good on finding forums this was the closest for me to find,i just want to know if its fixable

my arowana is doing great accept one eye that is poping out, what did u mean by taking care of it since this is so common in arrowanas are you saying most people dont look after their fish,im just looking for advice to rectafy the problem if it can be.

thank you craig i have been feeding him pallets and bugs thats float like flys/spiders etc,and there was some small neons and danios and other small fish but he has eaten them sometime ago,do you think i should put him on a diet?
