I just wondering is the deltc HOB skimmer with a "3-pin plug" in the pump?

Hi there, I am a Newbie form Hong Kong wondering which HOB skimmer can operate a good performance. I was looking on Deltec MCE 600 and Aqua Medic Turboflotor 1000 Multi. If any ideas please help to sort out. Thx
