it is called colomnaris and its caused by stress, bad water conditions and enviromental changes or inadaquate food. It's a fungal type white fluffy looking which appears on the fish back

Can some one please explain what this disease is, someone told me their Tiger Barbs had it , and I can not find any info on it anywhere. I have neverheard of it.
