Nudibranch - Gem
It is a brownish colour with blue spots on a brown background, the gills are tipped with blue and it has a pronounced skirt on its edge.
- Scientific Name: Dendrodoris dennisoni, Dendrodoris gemmacea
- Habitat: Commonly found in shallow coastal waters along rocky shorelines in depths of 1 to 15 m.
- Temperament: Peaceful
- Tank Age/Maturity: 100 litres minium at least 6 months old
- Diet: Seems to be a general grazer, though will probably feed on sponges as well.
- Special Requirements: Needs Specific sponges for food, if you can't supply the sponge they will die. Cover power heads.
