Pea Puffer needs live food home - free to good home

Hi, one of my pea puffers does not eat frozen food like the others do and I urgently need to rehome it to somewhere where it will get the live food it needs. Can you help? I am not sure if it is a male or a female, it is too small to have developed either way.  Free to a good home. I am in Lower Hutt.
