This fish is from Africa: Lake Tanganyika. 

Freshwater  Territorial best kept with other Tropheus cichlids.

Can be difficult to keep as too much protien can bloat them.

Size:  14.5 cm

Best kept with similar species.

Min. Tank Size 100 litres.

Temp. 24 -28 °C

Water Hardness 10 - 30 dh

Diet Omnivore  Worms, crustaceans, insects and you should offer algae or spirulina based foods and various frozen, freeze-dried, and pellet foods.
