- Features: Creeping herb forming open patches with far reaching rhizomes that root at the nodes, and give rise to stout stems. Leaves on petioles are 3 to 5 cm (up to 15 cm) long. The leaves are green (to brownish) and kidney shaped with scalloped margins. The flowers are sessile, forming heads ca 5 mm in diameter, with purplish oval petals.
