Man i left the forum just after you started this thread. Skipped straight to your most recent pic when i opened it. BEAUTIFUL. I think i shall have to read the entire thing. Awesome tank

Picked up my foot bracing today. Hopefully my measurements are correct

So first thing you guys need to know is that i am moving at the start of june next year and this tank won't be set up till after the. Ok. Tank mesures 1200 L, 600 D and 615 H. It's going to be an African Cichlid tank based around a group of 10 to 15 Brown haps. As to what i wanna put in there with them i haven't a clue at this point in time (any suggestions?). Tank will be filtered by an aqua one nautilus 2700 have aqua one led lighting and heated by a couple of Jager 200 watt heaters.(all on layby at the moment) Just gonna make a basic cinder block and plywood stand. Currently i have round 12 kg of coral rock and am thinking ill end up with about 20 to 25 kg in it. Thinking of a dark background and black substrate? I cant visualise how that will look against the coral rock so i don't know if it'll work or not. Um thats about it at this stage.

Hey guys. Been a couple of years since i been on. Got a new sign in coz i forgot the last one. Anyways im from southland. Starting a 450 odd litre african cichlid project. Gonna be a few months before i get it sorted though
